Some days just call for a burger-and-fries-and-three-dipping-sauces type of dinner. For us, that’s usually Fridays. (Today feels like Friday so I thought I’d post this pic today 🤷♀️ It’s Day 165, the days of the week just blur into each other now.)
Last week, I whipped up a curry-spiced ketchup, special sauce, and sriracha mayo to go with our fries. Burgers are made with @beyondmeat, the buns are challah rolls, and Brandon’s has a nice mountain of kimchi in between the fixings.
