Little late in posting our Dinner No. 3 for our @pierlessfishbk : COCKLES

1. Steamed cockles/clams in a spicy red brothy situation with garlic, tomatoes, red fresno peppers, white wine, and parsley

2. Topped with a crispy and buttery gremolata of breadcrumbs, lemon zest, more parsley, and smoked paprika

3. Served with garlicky sauteed savoy spinach (not pictured) and chunks of toasted sourdough from my most recent loaf (also not pictured)

Oh and we shucked some oysters! I’m getting pretty good at it 😉
