Last one for @pierlessfishbk (which lasted longer than a week): MUSSELS

We did a Moroccan-ish situation here with a spicy broth made from harissa paste, rosewater, sweet vermouth, chicken stock, shallots, plum tomatoes, and garlic. Then topped it off with the leftover gremolata (breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, smoked paprika), dill, mint, and Aleppo pepper.
