🍅🍅🍅 Kicked off this year’s @healthy_ish with kateh gojeh farangi, a Persian rice dish perfumed with cinnamon and cooked with some jammy saucy tomatoey goodness, which we served dotted with Greek yogurt and sprinkled with mint leaves. And because we need to meet our protein macros in this house, we also made some lamb meatballs to serve on the side, topped with more Greek yogurt and also hummus because hummus!
