I was so excited to see that this year’s @healthy_ish features OKRA! This bhindi ki sabzi recipe by @priyakrishna was so good–warm spices, charred edges, kick of heat, oh my! I couldn’t find some of the ingredients so I made a couple of substitutes: Mexican oregano for ajwain seeds and tamarind paste instead of amchoor. We ate the finished dish as a component in our picnic dinner plates last week, will post those pics tomorrow!
